A new generation of Filipino-Canadians, born and raised as Filipino and Canadian.
It was by chance that a group of young professionals and students came together. No one knew it then, but their common interests in community, education, and Filipino-Canadian culture soon evolved to develop new culturally relevant programming in Winnipeg.
